And indeed as Zink says, they are going to pass through it legally. Ships must be searched for any and all illegal materials. This is going to create a vast queue.

Commisar carefully watches Rylis and Arvus as they aproach. Usually he has nothing but contempt for criminals, but those two were at last reasonable enough to serve the Empire and clearly had to be exceptional people as Emperor himself recommeded them to his Commisar. They had to be enough for this assignment.

Actually, I informed Agent Lyle about those plans, didn`t he share it with you? He said that he would infilitrate the Guild Hall, and I didn`t hear from him since. Actually it is General.... no, now Marshall Atar who I put in charge of this operation. He can quickly land a commando team near Guild Hall, even through the shield, but chances are slim without your aid. I was thinking about following night as a good time to perform this operation.
I think that one of you should go with me to Guild Hall as my bodyguard, in order to study the defences. Another could try to track the Rebels, or find the way to neutralize the Guild Hall anti-air defences. Do you agree?"
