USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

They hardly took notes, Rylis!

"Oh yes they do. They feed them to raptors. That's why there's no evidence."

She knows she can push your buttons and get away with it, is all.

Well, hey, you never know...heh.

What if she underestimates the extent of my anger? Ush, would a short conversation with Drakkon seem very dangerous right now?

"But how do they feed them? Do they throw them into jungle or keep raptors in city?"

Okay, Rylis and co.- do you think we should see Drakkon now?

Otherwise Commisar will most likely return to his shuttle and try to make contact with Sartorus and return to Fleet.

Emotions should have been left aside, time to think logically. This situation with Sartorus may not look as bad as i initially thought.

Drakkon could have very well admitted the Matadan`s fate himself if I push it right- he is proud and should be tired of politics. And he doesn`t yet know of invasion being certain.

Okay, I think this may be significant- How long could it take for Revenge to return to Coruscant? I could just contact Captain Jarek and he could give me Sartorus. I think Andran might have been busy sometimes- it isn`t like the sole reason for his existance is to protect other Senators from talking to me.

Does it seem possible that Sartorus could have an important conversation with me on a distance? There should be some forms of safe communications availible.

I was thinking more about it- doesn`t Commisariat has some secure ways of communicating, as do important Senators?

If you want to go see Drakkon, go for it; but the march has begun, only a matter of time before they get word of it.

No, I think we should be leaving Lanzar.

One more thing Ush-any sign of Lodge Captains? Like the only one we ever saw- who was pissed off at us and Sasha barely was able to calm him? He should be actually much easier to provoke than Drakkon.

Well, you guys weren't really checking out any Osokans, and Rylis and Arvus just left.

Jarek would simply remind you his orders from Imperial Command are to take the Senators home. This has become official; nothing was done to prevent it. It's a done deal.

Yes, you do have secure ways of communicating, in the form of the Imperial network, and that's never ever been tapped into by Rebel Agents. Nope.

Ok, yes it has.

Your Aide reports that all the justice-related administration is in the cnetre of town. However, please don;'t think your Allies can do all the work of a player. if you wanted in-depth knowledge in this area, someone should have been working on it, and working on it on Day One.

Time to up and leave, Commissar. It's only going to get uglier down here.

Commisar calms down, as he knows that anger won`t help him. And his fear of Emperor and Vader will not either.

"There are many that crave power, but few that deserve it, Emperor has told me once himself. There are no men like him, no one can stand to his Will."- Commisar acts like he was reciting some sort of catechism for a second.

"You see Sareitha, I think of myself as one of people deserving it. Emperor`s will with regard to Lanzar will not be challenged, or my career will end, and yours as well. By the way, you have been always good at all this stuff with communications. Do you think you could help me send an encrypted message from me to Sartorus when we get to the ship?"

Ush, my comments that women are almost non-existant in Imperial Military were right? And I wonder if I am actually under the effect of Emperor`s Darkside Corruption a bit....

Okay so Commisar, Rylis and Arvus are getting back to the Starport.

What about Lyle? Is he brave enough to risk staying for longer?

And Commisar demands report from Rylis and Arvus as well.

(And indeed counting on Allies too much may be a mistake- though actually that her specialty are communications and coding was in merit description from the beginning, so maybe she could be bit useful here).

What do you actually want me to do, Melkor?

What would my objective in staying be?

I was thinking about giving some aid to Drakkon`s capture- what about sabotaging Guild Hall anti-air defences? And you could always keep an eye on the Rebels. I doubt that at this point we can get some evidence against them, but you could always try.

Hey, wouldn`t they be redistributing those weapons they have hidden? Wouldn`t it be inscriminating for them?

You would of course be well paid for it.

Lyle isn't some mercenary scum. He's an imperial agent... 😛 Money's always appreciated, though.

Okay, Lyle will endeavour to enter the Guild Hall and get onto the roof. (Using the senatorial staff as crowd cover).

Wait, are you sure you are doing it now?

If you do it now, we may lose the element of surprise.

Another problem I see- Lyle doesn`t have his own ship. Perhaps Arvus or Rylis could have left his/her own?

The three of us all came down on Arvus's ship, since I didn't want Rylis to take hers as it'd be too recognizable.

That`s a bit of problem..... how about you leave on Commisar`s shuttle?

"So, what do you have to report? I am sure you have made many useful observations. What do you think of our chances to take Drakkon? Take him for me, and I shall double what Empire has been paying you so far. How do you like it? But of course, failure will have its price as well, a most definitive price I am afraid." -Commisar grins darkly, speaking to Rylis and Arvus.

Though I assume Travis is by my side and can give input as well.

No way am I leaving my ship here! The Rebels would be sure to screw with it, or maybe just let the Osokans dismantle it, as the war becomes more likely.

"Double?" Arvus says. "Hmm, sounds good. Drakkon will be incredibly tough to put down, but I'm sure we've got the hardware for it. It might be tempted to have the job tripled..."

"You are greedy, aren`t you? But greed is certainly very poweruf, and useful motivation, so I shall have no problem with it." -Commisar smiles again. "Though so far your main sucess was finding justification for blockade, and I think it was mainly Lyle`s doing. You haven`t found all the weapons, and I think it is too late to find solid evidence against Rebel scum out from it? I thought this Kyle was supposed to die in his ship, how could he be so lucky? And I am certainly not happy that they can get away with it, and so will be Lord Vader.....

Besides, I might be well paying you from my personal amounts. And my lifestyle happens to be pretty demanding in regards to financial aspects, as I enjoy things of beauty and class. My collection of art is something I am quite proud of. But you are rather simple people, with much simpler needs, aren`t you?"

Ush, but don`t we have at least enough evidence to put Kyle and co. into "suspect" status? Total proof of guilt is not necessary to arrest someone in most law systems. I assume that lack of jurisdiction is main problem here, as Senate still has it?

By the way Ush, though main concept of Administrator was based on Tarkin, there is no problem of partially basing my character on the likes of Dooku? ( I mean the "evil aristocrat" vibe here, not any connection to Force).
