Well, it's just a room, with a high baclony.

But an Osokan dressed with the insignia of a Lodge Captain is in there.

"I am honored to meet you, Lodge Captain Vortigen." -Esgabath speaks, studying this Osokan.

"As you know, I am Commisar Esgabath, representative of Emperor Palpatine, the most powerful man in the entire Galaxy. My friend, Senator Sartorus, claimed that you know some things that could greatly interest me. Indeed, Drakkon took great effort to deny me contact with Lodge Captains. He told me that your views are irrelevant, that he has all of you cowed. He told me that no one would dare to oppose him, that he alone speaks with the voice of all Osokans. But I am sure you are a great warrior and powerful leader. Tell me, do you fear Drakkon, as he claims, or perhaps Drakkon has reasons to fear you, since he didn`t want your voice to he heard?"

Well, I was waiting for Lyle to maybe post some sort of action or approach, but I guess he was daydreaming.

In that case, Melkor, the next thing you know, Travis just rugby-tackled you to the ground.

Lyle was just being quiet, but apparently unobservant. He's also keeping one of those min-charges close to hand.

Assuming he knows what's going on, he takes a step backward, out of any line-of-fire.

What the hell!

Commisar tries to quickly understand what is going on. Have I insulted this pig?

You're being shot at. The upper balcony is filled with Osokan gunners.

"Is this Osokan hospitality?! Captain Vortigen, end this madness! I have come here to discuss matters, Drakkon himself didn`t dare to threaten me!" -Commisar is covering at the ground, looking for his blaster.

Is such unprovoked assault an excuse for military intervention?

You probably haven't got time to worry too much about this at this point seeing as a great swathe of your troopers in here were taken down by the ambish, and by the sound of it there is firing outside as well. No-one can hear ytou over the great sound of battle.

Though I mentioned that almost all of troopers were left outside...

Does it seem like I can escape or are we surrounded?

Edit- Double post, sorry.

Ah, crap.

At the very least, if this isn't justification for an attack...

Looks like your Senator friend was more devious than you thought.

Hmm well this is nice Melkor

Anyways Ush I have some questions about the Osakans I'm assuming since my guy looked over every file on them he would know some of these answers.

I know they regenerate.

How well do they regenerate?

Exactly what does it take to put them down permanently?

Because thinking about it I don't want to get to the Guild Hall and have an army of Osakans behind me that I thought were dead.

We pretty much need to behead an Osokan to kill it. Though I don't think they'd regenerate THAT quickly.

Yeah you can say that you won't have to worry about an Osokan army coming up behind you 😮

Especially since they have guns now apparently!!!!!!

So behead an Osokan.

Ush if this is a possible problem would it be feasible to say leave behind a few small squads with Vibroblades to cut the heads off the Osokans after we move on. If it could be a big problem.

Lyle tosses a mini-charge up at the balcony, drawing his blasters and ducking for cover.
"Get him out!" he screams at Travis.

I am still a bit confused. I thought only several of us, mainly me, Travis and Lyle, went inside the building? Frankly, I don`t see how we could get out if this is an ambush...

And I don`t think Sartorus would set an ambush against Commisar, though knowing Ush everything is possible. More likely is that this Captain is a bit nervous and doesn`t like Stormtroopers showing at his doorstep. So far for my diplomatic efforts....

There are about a dozen stormtroopers inside. or were, anyway.

Lyle can answer your survival question- it's not well organised. Spontaneous, not planned. So the trap is not perfect; your escape route is not blocked. But it IS hazardous.

Well, but what else we can do but try to escape? Commisar would follow Travis`s suggestions.

What about this Captain Vortigen? Did he even hear my words? What was his reaction?

You've no idea. He may not even speak your language.
