USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by General Zink372 pages

Well, the immediate problem is the vine. If Lyle's bombs or Rylis' and Arvus' heavy weapons can blow it apart, we're out of here. If raptors show up, we'll fight off as many as we can until we get the opportunity to bugger off.

"Lyle, call Coll," Arvus says. "We're going to need backup."

(Jaiden, sounds like you want to volunteer... 😛 )

Anything is better then standing, doing nothing and watching your army being molested by 3 rebels 😛

Pffft, if anyone can handle the jungle it's us. Rylis and Lyle are pretty much the only combat-oriented characters in the game.

"Now if only those Rebels haven't turned up, we wouldn't have this problem..." Rylis comments.

So, raptors have actually appeared then?

The only combat oriented charachters in the game? As far as i'm concerned, Jaiden only has some Warfare skill. Thats his only skill thats non-combat...

That's relevant how? Compare your combat score to that or Rylis or Lyle. Yours is 11. We both have 13. You're not even close to being as good as we are in a fight that requires anything more than simply shooting things.

Yay tension!

Still, stormtrooper backup might be nice, eh?

If for nothing else than they'd be eaten quicker than us, yes 😛

Yup!

We could put a det pack on the stormtrooper, then feed the stormtrooper to the vine, and then blow up the det pack?

...I like that idea. Very Darkie. I must keep that in mind...

Or you guys could you know shoot them and see if the vine lets go

By the way Janthis can shoot anything just as well as you can maybe even better 😖hifty:

I doubt a stormtrooper will willingly blow himself up for scum. 😛

Well, Coll, aren`t you eager to save Commisar`s "elite" team? 😛

By the way, Commisar has currently finished his private conversation with Nidar, and is most likely talking with Trebeis. Privately as well.....

I can only imagine it's going to make the Army look stupid...

Coll will send stormtroopers to help Arvus and Rylis if they send word, but it will be very limited help. Jaiden seems eager to shoot something, so I'd probably send him and his hundred.

Just to make it clear- Lyle and Arvus, you are already outside of the ship and under attack by twenty four raptors.

Meanwhile- Coll and Jaiden... blundering through the jungle looking for three people under attack by raptors? You doubt you'd even make it there.

2 and a 1 from the duellists. What are you guys doing, space-tickling?

Kyle misses this turn with a 3. Hmm, maybe my D20 rolling is off.

Scarlet and Rhys score solid kills, though.

----

Ulrand- Bomb Runs involve using the payload stat, which you don't have. But it's not for use against any vessel that uses the fighter rules for one, and this is a small, not large, freighter anyway.

So, would it be possible for me to use my ship's guns to shoot at raptors without hitting Lyle and Arvus?

If Ulrand chooses to go and hunt the freighter, will Cass still be able to hunt him, or will only the freighter?

If you are Hunting, you are a potential target to all.

You're pointing the wrong way, Rylis.

"We've got company," Arvus says, coldly, prepping his railgun.

Raising the magnetically-charged weapon, he pulls the trigger and sends an explosive rail whooshing towards a cluster of Raptors as they approach, hoping to catch a great number of them in the blast radius.

(I have Big Guns Level 4, too!)
