USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by Trickster372 pages

Covert team, we need to decide if we lie in wait for the rebels at the senator's quarters - I'm sure it wouldn't be that hard for someone in the fleet to get us a personnel list, and we might get lucky - or we can look at these new arrivals on the three ships, or maybe something else if somebody's got a better idea. Input from fleet command would be good too.

Ush, I authorize Nidar to give the advance team military orders, under my approval, of course.

Thing is, being sneaky around Drakkon's headquarters would be difficult if an Osokan were to get your scent.

But then again, Karn and Lyle have 14's in Intrusion. Arvus and Rylis also have Intrusion at 12 and 11.

So wait, what are our objectives right now? Meet that senator on the surface? What about the shield?

What about it?

Are we supposed to take it down or something? And who's shield is it?

😑

You haven't been paying attention! *thumps Jaiden over the head*

The shield belongs to the Osokans. We don't have to take it down...yet. We're just meeting with the Senators.

Yes, and if Jaiden does anyhting stupid, Commisar will kill him for it.

Does the Commissar even have the authority to execute members of the Imperial military?

Yes, it would be very hard indeed, you don't have a list, and even if you did, you would have to check everyone you saw against it, which would take forever, and even then you wouldn't have any way of knowing if you have identified a Rebel or someone that the list missed.

Hey! I wasn't going to do anything stupid 😛. I was just asking. And I got a bit confused, so yeah, but didn't the Senator said that he made peace with the Osokans? Then why would they put up the shield?

Well, if I had an Imperial Star Destroyer floating above my city, I would have too.

*shrug*

But the Imperial senate made peace with them, why would they be afraid of the Imperial Fleet?

Because they probably didn't make peace and Senator Andran was bluffing.

"Excellant!" The Captain boomed, looking around the bridge. "Our timing was excellant. If nothing else, I now know how well you have been conditioned!"

You know... it is a LITTLE suspicious they put up the shield so fast. I mean, the sudden arrival of the task force is alarming, but it went up so fast it's almost as if they were ready to do it.

Almost as if, someone had warned them your intentions were hostile.

Ok, shuttle down to the surface leaves in a few minutes. We have Esgabeth, Coll and Jaiden abord. No naval representative- Trebeis, do you want to go or stay on your ship?

Well then, it appears the three ships are the next best option.

Perhaps Nidar's suspicions are more accurate than it seemed.

In that case, as Agent Lyle has suggested, Arvus will second the motion to go investigate the three incoming ships that the Star Destroyers let past, due to the fact that we do not have a blockade up yet.

Ush, do we have any troops coming with us?

I would like for all stormtroopers other than Commander Jaiden to stay on the Star Destroyers.

Commander Jaiden will not be in his armor anyways. Seeing as we are going to a diplomatic meeting, not a fight. The standard uniform will suffice.
