USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Started by Ushgarak372 pages

That's basically all the observing Senators CAN do. Watch and make notes, or maybe chip in the odd recommendation.

To summarize:

I have learned who observer Senators are, but none of them can be of any use?( Do i recognize any name? If I see any of them nearby, I shall aproach/him her-I am walking around the Mission grounds while studying the agreement). I just need someone who could help me find the weak points in what Andran achieved.

-Comitte Senators- what are they doing? I should at least be able to locate people working for them.

Other than Galahad you haven't actually seen any of them. The only one you recognise is Senator Tremas, from Traken, and he's not a big fish.

You don't know, and no you haven't.

Is Senator Tremas member of either pro-Imperial or conservative faction?( by conservatives I mean those really opposed to New Order).

I will try to talk with Tremas.

General Coll just follows Commissar Esgabath's lead.

I could group up the troops by 10 or 20 to look around the grounds for Senators.

I think people would be a tad urked by that.

"How much would you like to test this theory of yours?" Rylis responds. "And what exactly are you doing here anyway?"

(edited my response to Eerin since it kinda got passed up before....)

If I can't get to the ship - where are the crates from it being unloaded to?

(Sorry for the slow play lately; I really have been up against it in real life. I'll get stuff done when I can.)

Traken is a world of total pacfism, so that normally answers that question.

-

However, that point is moot, because other than Galahad and Andran you haven't seen any of the Senators at all.

-

Right now, the crates are simply being off-loaded from the ships. You get the feeling the crew are keen to get out of here ASAP.

-

Next update I will move on an hour- as soon as I can get the time together to get everything organised.

Though in the meanwhile, that mouthy git Kyle has turned up, and another assoicate of Eerin's as well.

Can I get to the crates? As in, if I get in between them, or on top of them, will I be hidden?

Arvus - if it looks like things are turning bad, head for our ships and tell the fleet. Don't let these rebel ships escape.

HOUR 4

No Currently pressing matters

Starport encounters taking plasce in a hazy time frame around this area

-

The crates themselves make good hiding places, but they are constantly in use, and besides which, it will be getting to them that is hard. You do have a good Intrusion score though.

-

Lanzar Jungle Clearing

Janthis, you have made landfall. Your elongated troop transport shuttle disgorges your Company of troopers onto the ground of this vast clearing. In the far distance on all but one side, you can see the boundaries of the jungle that eventually surround this entire area, and the faint noise of animals. Other than that, all is peaceful around here.

-

Melkor- the agreement in draft form is bound up with endless amounts of legalese, but it mainly what you were told it was. The conditions are this:

1. A referendum be held to check if people accept that Matadan was elected unfairly. This referendum will be monitiored by the Senate

2. After this, any openly criminal activities taken by any Osokan will be punished within the remit of the law on Lanzar, again under observation

3. A new set of elections will be held in order to legitimise authority on Lanzar, also monitored

4. After this, Lanzar will once more be a proper Imperial world.

Should any of the conditions be breached, the matter will have to be settled forcibly.

The bit that is not quite finished yet, preventing the team from simply declaring success, is number 3.

Coll- they're not here. Sod hiding, the other Senators are not in this building. You've noticed it too, Jaiden- there aren't enough Senatorial guards around to cover the presence of all the Senators.

-

The Jarek/Trebeis conversation is still going on; Jarek just asked what Trebeis wanted.

-

Arvus, you've gotten away. Outside the docking area, there are too many crates and corridors and the like to sneak past for your pursuers to catch you.

Meanwhile, as I say, Eerin's buddies just turned up.

Starport convo guys- new conversation thread opened to you. Go use!

How hard, probability wise?

I'd really like to do that. Do you mean I could get into the crates themselves? And that people are also opening them often?

Afraid I couldn't tell you that before the roll, but hard, even for you.

INSIDE the creates would be VERY hard. Someone would notice.

I am going to speak with Drakkon, alongiside Coil, then. I assume no one of the staff is going to tell me where are other Senators(In terms of the building at least)?

"ok men secure the area but be mindful of the animals that are here" Janthis says.
Janthis moves with one group to help secure an area.

How easy is it to throw the mini explosives?

"It seems that they don't want to be found or interrupted," Vantos says to Esgabath. "I find this curious. We should inquire as to why they're not in this building, under the protection of Drakkon."
