I am going to order a drink from the bartender, and make some observation rolls. Anyone that catches my attention? What is the apparent attitude of people here towards me?
"This is first time you people witness the glorious presence of Imperial armies, isn`t it?"- Melkor will ask the bartender.
OOC: And sorry for slow activity, I have an exam tomorrow.
Sorry, Janthis, can you just hammer this one down for me? You are running back into the jungle but you are ordering your men into the clearing?
-
Come the actual battle, Jaiden, blockading the ways down would be easy. Well, easy if you want to stand in the way of an Osokan. Trouble is, they'll always have the edge over your men in this kind of close quarter fighting. Casualties will be heavy.

Most of the people in here are various traders (read smugglers) and the like, and hence are pretty terrified of you. The Bartender is the only Osokan of note here.
"We see all sorts in here," says the bartender. "Nice uniforms, though."
General Coll seems a bit put off by the nonchalant remark on his uniform, taking it somewhat personally. He stays quiet, unsure of what the Commissar plans to do. He takes to staring down various traders that seem particularly afraid, with a smug little grin to unnerve them.
(What is it we intend to do here, Melkor?)
Irritatingly, Osokans are immune to the Commissar's ability, which is the kind of attitude that has brought this fleet here.
Still, some of those traders look VERY uncomfortable, Coll. Still, you're not THAT good a judge of people.

Ok, as your men are under attack, your orders to bring them into the clearing have created somewhat of a panicked dash there, Janthis. Your viison is now filled with running men in white.
No, you know in most Star Wars games theres like this thing you put on the ground which transmit this blue/red shield around to totally block a walkway for some time? Or if we have any kind of those devices. You also said about the war machines, couldn't I place the war machines over all of the exists and settle 3/4 troopers there. They wouldn't be wiped out that easily by the Osokans and could block the way for anyone leaving the hall.
Define 'War Machines.'
Keep in mind you want to get up there, Jaiden, and get inside.
How about heavy repeaters to spray everyone off of it?
As for those laser walls...um...not really practical. Those are more security devices to block doors rather than for active use in a battlefield. Plus, I don't think the walkways have all encompassing doorways, and I doubt Drakkon would tolerate the presence of laser walls on his walkways anyway.
Commisar ignores the bartender and looks around menacingly, and half-mockingly.
"Since you all appear to be honest merchants, you will be glad to hear that the Imperial activities on Lanzar shall not distupt your business here. The order shall be restored, and this planet will finally be a true part of the Galactic Empire." His smile becomes trully vulpturous.
"Only the criminal elements, especiallly those that have dealings with terrorists and opponents of the Imperial Order, have anything to fear, as is the will of the Emporer, that I, his loyal Commisar, shall fimly enforce. But the Empire is nothing but not forgiving, and those willing to cooperate will be granted not only full amnesty, but also opportunity for profitable deals and my gratitude. I am sure some of you have dealings with the Osokan goverment or guilds, and some have heard about such dealings, or events, that are currently the matter of investigation...... -" -Melkor observes the guests carefully, looking for any special reactions.
OOC: I think I am using a mixed Intimidate/Persuade attempt here.
