Ok. Granted he has motivation. Hes still nowhere near as fast, strong, durable, experienced as Namor.
You also have to remember that when Spiderman is enraged he doesnt think clearly and he gets slopy. Take it from Daredevil. Spiderman definately loses in this case.

Not when MJ is dead, he does anything to win and Namor is flopping around outside water and the fact that Spidey was dancing on juggernaut(did not hurt or beat him just dancing)

Very kool but it does show spidey dishing it a little and eating namor punches..he even dodged a couple but still won't save Namor. Spidey is upgraded now remember. The power continues. Spidey wins 6/10

Namor wasn't going with full force...not near it. He was ignoring Spider-Man

Spider Sense and th fact that Namor has to Blitz to do that kind of speed.
Also as for catching...some one throws a baseball at you very fast and you catch it, does it mean you move that fast...NO.
