Justin sat in the far corner. "I don't sleep much.." He mumbled."The most I've ever slept was about three or four hours. I'm usually already gone by the time you realize your hugging onto a large stuffed bat and not me." He smirked.

Tom grabbed a soda and flicked an old, mutant looking spider off of the top. "Sam might be unparalleled in strength, but he still needs his sleep. Too bad you aren't more like me, I don't need sleep." He said sitting down and opening his soda. "I would like to get some sleep though... If no one minds."
Jess laughed a bit at Justin's comment. ''Yah.. go on, get some sleep.'' Jess said to Tom. ''Justin and I will... um... we'll uh... Keep a look out for your friend.'' Jess smiled and glanced over at Justin.
After the others had fallen asleep, Jess went over to sit in the corner with Justin. She pulled off her cowl and gloves then ran her fingers through his hair and put her head on his shoulder.''hey...you wouldn't leave me hugging a stuffed bat, would you?''
Tom's sleep was short and disturbed, he could feel the aura of evil surrounding Jade getting closer. He could see her sinister smile as he tossed and turned on the floor where he slept. Tom knew he wouldn't have much more time to rest, she was coming and nothing would stop her.
Sam was asleep as well, his normal light sleep. He could hear his swords echo a warning to him, something was here to threaten his life. "Wake up!" Said the familiar voices of the old Blue Lightning Samurai, the voices of the men who now lived as a sword.

Justin smiled. "Hard to say, Sometimes you look so peaceful when your asleep. Other times your snoring so loud I have to wake you up..." He whispered, not wanting to wake the others. "But no, unless it was an emergency and I couldn't bring myself to wake you I would most likely head off alone."
Sam woke up with a slight gasp, as though he just had a nightmare. Tom woke up quickly and jumped to his feet. "We've got a problem... She is right above us." Tom said quietly, feeling tense about the fight ahead.
Sam drew his sword and watched the entry way. "Why did it have to be Jade... Why did it have to be now?" He asked himself, wishing he could get an answer.

Jess smiled and then, hearing what Sam had just announced she pulled her cowl and gloves back on. ''We'll need to make a quick plan then,'' she said quietly. ''Any ideas?''
Tom swallowed back the lump in his throat. "I have to go up there... I can't believe this." He said, slowly following Sam.
Tom and Sam went up to the entrance and ran outside. It wasn't long before they could be heard fighting someone, and not long after that they could be heard losing the fight. There were lightning strikes and sounds of explosions at first but then Tom and Sam began to sound as though they were dying. Whoever they were fighting must have been making a game out of killing them.
Tom grabbed Justin's ankle, he was lying on the ground and holding his stomach. "Be quiet... she's still here... I'm hurt... really bad." Tom said, looking at the wound on his stomach. The wound was deep, if Tom wasn't careful, his guts might spill out. "Sam is still fighting... if you don't hurry..." Tom had to sit down, he was bleeding to bad to continue fighting.
Jess hurried quietly out of the back door after Justin. She saw the shadowed figure of a girl fighting Sam. She threw several batarangs at the girl, careful not to hit Sam. The batarangs sliced the girl's un-armored body in several places including her neck. But before she could turn around to see who had thrown the batarangs, Jess was hanging upside-down like a bat in a tree, waiting to attack.
