Jess smiled again at Sam's comment on his 'forgetting' the real Jess, though inside, she was hurt. This sudden pain wasn't because of Sam's words, but because she so often forgot to be herself lately and this was constantly digging away at her inside.
"Well, I don't suppose Justin will be up for a while, and we won't have to leave for Jump untill later today, so, sure! Whay not? I'll show you around, but I'm warning you, Gotham isn't as pretty as one might make it out to be in one's head." She began to climb her way up the stairs to the lift back to the main level of the mansion. "I'm just going to change first, and grab my keys. Meet me in the kitchen, then we'll go out to the garage. You can ride a motorcycle, right?" she said as she stepped into the lift.

[KILLA420, I was thinking that maybe Jess and your character could've been friends{they might know eachother through a friend who's in a band or something?} before Jess left for Hero High and then they meet downtown while Jess is showing Sam around.]

Sam went up to the kitchen, he had been trying to remember the last time he rode a motorcycle. "That's right... I 'borrowed' it from Janet... I should call her up and see how she's doing." Sam thought as he chuckled to himself.

(can you give me a qucik recap)
(Read the last few posts by mycoreisdark, she has already given you the whole synapses of the thread so far.)

It wasn't long after Sam entered the kitchen that Jess's footsteps could be heard coming down the hall. She entered the kitchen wearing some faded black jeans, a t-shirt that had "the Love This" written across its front and some black cowboy boots. She had a zip-up hoodie over her t-shirt that had cut-outs from old band t-shirts such as The Stary Cats, The Stranglers and the Beatles on it. Her hair was fairly messy (as always) and she had tied a bandana around her head as a head band. Swinging her keys around on on finger, she walked casually to the back door and stepped out.
"C'mon! The garage is just around the corner!" she called back to Sam as she turned and disappeared behind a shrubbery.

Sam hesitated to follow, Jess's choice of clothing had left Sam a little amazed. Sam was used to the skin tight bat-suit, Jess had a completely different look, except for the color. Sam ran after Jess. "Wow... and I thought you looked good in the bat-suit." Sam said, turning red when he realised he had just spoken out loud.

Jess gave Sam a quick warning glare when he made his last comment. They walked through a statue garden where many sculptures stared down at them with their sad stone eyes. They passed a fountain and turned around a hedge then came to a large set of doors which Jess opened with a smile. Inside this museum-like garage were countless motorcycles and expensive cars and pictures of vintage vehicles hung on the walls. The room was spotless and everything in the garage seemed to have it's place. They came to the end of a row of motorcycles, a bright red Ducati bike stood gleaming happily next to it's sister model who's blackpaint shone spotlessly in the lights og the room.
"You can take the red one, the keys should be hanging on the wall over there." She said as she pointed to a rack of keys. Jess pushed a button on the opposite wal and the garage door to the tree-lined driveway opened. She then picked up the black helmet that sat proudly on the seat of her bike and pulled it on, hopped on her biki and put the key in the ignition.

[gah, we need Vathu.]
"Well, it is morning." Jess rolled her chair over to one of the huge screen s and began typing onto a keyboard on the desk. The monitor showed a map of the city in various colours of blue, black, green and red which Jess now studied. "Daytime is mostly stuff the police handle, Bats are nocturnal." She said as she smiled to herself.

[ ;He'd come out of nowhere with a spandex suit on, his cape billowing in the air.; DID SOMEONE SAY. "GAH WE NEED VATHU?"

Recap..?]

YAY! You're back!
Okay, so, it's the day after you lost your memory and we are all about to fly the Wayne helicopter to Jump City to get a cure for Justin from his parents.
Tom went downtown, Jess is was spinning in a chair in the Batcave and Sam just made his way down there. Justin is nowhere to be found at the moment, but hopefully he'll show up soon. 😉 Jess and Sam are going downtown while they wait for Justin. We'll say that Jess left Justin her cell phone number because he forgot it when he lost his memory.

[Mm'kay.. Dark, do you have msn? If so, send me a msg with your addy. I would be able to talk to you much much more.]

Justin groaned slightly as he rolled over onto his side, now opening an eye some. "Did anyone get the plate on that suburban..?" He muttered to himself, now noticing a piece of paper with a red fountain pen resting on a stool, held down by a thick packet of blood from the Gotham City Hospital. "Hmm.. Wonder what this is.." He lazily reached over and picking the paper up, he'd yawn deeply as he read the print. "Justin, if you're reading this, Sam and I are heading downtown. I've left my cell phone number and some food for you. I love you, please call me soon. 654-986-2343" He looked around and tossed the paper upon the floor before snatching up the blood packet and slurping it down quickly. It was at this time that he'd notice he was only in his underwear and his clothes were neatly folded upon the end of the bed. "Uh. Thanks Alfred, I guess." He slid his things on and slipped out of the window, having slight headaches now and then as he headed downtown after them.

Sam sat on the motorcycle and turned the key, kicking the starter and hearing the engine rumble. "What a beautiful sound." Sam said, easing the throttle forward to move the bike next to Jess.

Tom was sitting and eating his pancakes when the person he knew to be watching him stood up and walked over to him. "If you want to start trouble, you'll have to wait until after breakfast." Tom said, just before the mysterious person punched through the counter of the diner. "You don't listen well." Tom said as he stood up to face the stranger. Tom was surprised to see the face of his older brother. "Tony..." Tom said before he was punched through a window and out into the street.

Jess and her bike shot quickly out of the garage and turned down a tree lined drive-way down the hill upon which Wayne Manor sat.
At the bottom of the hill, a large gatehouse stood watch, thoguh a gatekeeper was not needed now that the gate was electronic. The sky had turned cloudy, blocking the sun, making the trees look like monsters in their new found shadows. It looked as ythough it might rain, regardless, Jess rode out of the gate.

Justin jumped from building to building quickly, as to not alert any civilians below him as he followed closely behind Jess's cycle, soon dialing in her number as he lept. "Jess, pick up.." When she finally did, he'd add. "Jess, I'm following you now. I'm up a few stories though.." He smiled a bit, looking down at them.

Sam followed Jess closely, his old skills of riding coming back to him quickly. "Yee Ha!" Sam shouted, pulling the bike up into a wheelie and shooting past Jess. Sam looked back and saw James flying above Jess and waved to him.

Tom was lying on the side walk, felling a few shards of broken glass in his shoulder. "Alright, that hurt a bit." Tom said to himself as he stood up to fight his brother. "I don't want to fight you Tony." Tom said as he waited for his brother to come outside.

Tony jumped through the broken window and tackled Tom. "Well I want to fight you." Tony said as he punched Tom in the nose and forced his head through the cement of the side walk.

Justin jumped down form the building, desecding at insane speeds before hitting the ground as light as a fetaher, now running at an inhuman speed. "Hey, toots." He smiled, catching up with Jess as he started running faster, now jumping onto the bike behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist. "Sorry I was late!" He yelled into her ear.

Sam slowed down and rode next to Jess and James. "James, how are you feeling?" Sam asked loudly.

[It's Justin.. Didn't mean to put James. o-o]

Justin looked over and replied quickly. "I've never been better!" He smiled, showing his fangs. "I don't know what happened but everythings okay now!"

(sorry, I guess I have to pay more attention to which RP I'm playing.)

Jess was shocked as she felt Justin jump onto the back of her bike and tell her that he was feeling fine. To add to her confusion, as they pulled up at an intersection, the could see police lights up ahead. There were people gathered around, broken glass lay strewn about and Tom lay in the middle of the mess with someone who looked like an older him beating up on him.

Tom put his foot on Tony's chest and kicked him into the air. Tom sat up and wiped the blood away from his nose. "Stay back... he isn't done fighting yet." Tom said, trying to wave the police away.

Sam screeched to a hault and saw Tony flying through the air. "Damn... Tony's back." Sam said to himself as he looked over at Jess and Justin. "Tom might need our help... but he probably won't admit it."

Jess pulled to a stop surveyed the seen quickly then indicated for Justin to hold on tight and for Sam to follow them. She then sped off down a dark alleyway and turned some very tight corners. Finally, a bustling street named Davis Avenue came into their sights, they however, remained in the shadows. Here, Jess stopped, quickly made sure that no one could hear them, and turned to Sam when he caught up.
"I don't know how tough Tom's bother is. Do you think we'll need help?" Jess asked quietly to Sam. "Whatever we do, we need to get these bikes parked far away. People will recognize them, and I don't want Batgirl to get caught with Jess Wayne's bike, if you know what I mean."

Justin stepped off the bike. "Leave that to me." He smirked some, bending over and with one hand, lifting the bike off of the street, soon moving to pick the other ones up as well. "You hurry along.. I'll meet up with you later." He smiled, and with one quick movement, he launched into the air, nearly flying upwards as he then landed gracefully on a skyscraper. He set the bikes down and, with a sigh and another movement, sprang to the next closest building.

"Right." Jess pulled out her phone and punched in a few numbers then put it to her ear. After a few moments a small sleepy voice answered. "Tim, wake up, it's Jess! We're three blocks away, alleyway off of Davis Ave. Some trouble down by Park street, need you here right away. See you in five." she hung up and leaned against the wall.
