Indeed, this guy's pretty freaking huge. Blasts with 260 pounds of concussive force per square inch, some telekinesis, very limited telepathy, class 40 strength, complete control over his own molecules, some godly regeneration, mach 1 flight speed... I like it.

And flight speed. Wondy cruises around at escape velocity, Ikaris cruises around at mach 1... But due to telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, and ability to tap cosmic energy, Ikaris should win.
But Black Bolt did physically outmaneuver and thrash Ikaris. Then again, he's a better hand to hand combatant, and Wondy has only trained with the likes of Captain America and Hawkeye.
Wondy did hold his own against one of the physically strongest Eternals, Hyperion.

Ikaris should win... Ikaris could also manipulate matter as well, but is not as skilled as Sersi is. Wonder Man will KO him before the Ikaris can get serious.
I give it to Wonder Man 5.5 times out of 10.
Ikaris is a "prime eternal" think of zuras with better fighting ability same strength level. Ikaris is a class 100 6/7 in strength like all eternals he is indestructible, can increase his strength, speed, energy output, durability and other abilities at will. With 20,000 years of fighting experience and getting better as leader of the eternals not as wise as Zuras but he is getting there.
10/10 Ikaris prime eternal is very powerful
Ok, I'm gonna compromise. Ikaris will win in everything except a slugfest when battling Wonder Man.
If Ikaris uses his other powers, he wins 10 times out of 10.
If he tries to slug it out with Wonder Man, he gets knocked out after a tough fight. 6 times out of 10 for Wonder Man.
Both are immortal and never tire due to self generating ionic energy within Wonder man's body, and Ikaris's ability to absorb and convert cosmic energy to bolster his stamina and is practically immortal as well.
So, slugfest, Wonder Man wins 6 times out of 10.
In a battle with both to their potentials, of course Ikaris wins 10 times out of 10.

Keep in mind Wondy's current speed is around escape velocity. Much faster than Ikaris was when he got the drop on Black Bolt.
Ikaris can increase his speed also. Ikaris wasn't trying to hurt blackbolt if he did their would have been some serious destruction. Ikaris will still kick wonder man ass strength wise ikaris can increase it at will, remember what sersi did to hercules ko him in one punch, ikaris is stronger than her and a better fighter he is under forgotten one in fighting ability.
