I never said ending your life was 'easy'... but from my point of view it's the 'coward's way out'. Having read the comments and viewpoints in this thread, however, I've changed my mind about it.

I don't think people necessarily find them funny because they are making fun of suicides, just the way they are done.

i know several people who have commited suicide...it never imaginitive...its never pleasant and its never funny

as for the cowardly/brave debate...its neither because its not part of the desicion...if a person decides to kill themselves they will rarely tell anyone of their intentions and suicide notes are just as much a rarity so reasons are hard to know

thats the serious side out of the way so i'll balance it with the lighthearted yet still tragic of unintentional suicides...

the darwin awards are testiment to that
