Superman hits harder than mortal -------- Didn't matter much
More work in less time ------- Superman does that to.
The only way I see Thor defeating Flash is that if he destroys the planet or a huge ass blast that destroy nearly everything
and thor can also slow down Flash..........
But here is my argument Flash run to show stops him out cold end of story? No

If flash hit thor with the amount of impact needed to knock down thor, it would probably break flash's arm. Being able to run at light speed doesn't give flash enhanced toughness you know.Thor has magic at his disposal also. JUst fire off a ring of lightning or whatever.
Pretty much a 10/10 Flash win. The speed difference means Flash can do pretty much anything he wants before Thor can even form or summon a single thought. If one technique doesn't work, Flash can move on to the next or stack attacks.
- Vibrational punch/pass-through/explosion - In Flash #209 he's gone through Superman's grip, so Thor's strength/density isn't a factor. Amazo (a being with the combined abilities of the JLA) has had his brain taken out with this technique... I wonder how Thor does without his internal organs?
- Infinite Mass Punch - Even a weaker version has been used to KO Mongul nevermind the full fledged hit. In his fight with Zoom he claims and shows that he can throw thousands of them in the blink of an eye, the Speed Force moderating his density and durability as appropriate.
- Time Travel - Back to before Thor even knows he's in a fight, then research him thoroughly (public record as per She-Hulk). Travel to a point in time where Thor is weak, at the brink, etc. and tip the scales in favor of his destruction.
- Speed Force Dump - Drag Thor along for a ride and dump him in into the Speed Force dimension... alternatively, at the end of time.
- Speed Steal - The above are all pretty consistent and reliable, this ability is a little more all over the map... as a de-aged teen he effortlessly and instantly stole a massive 500ft tall tidal wave of all it's energy, he's stopped bullets, trucks, buildings, people, strongmen, and Superman and even the whole planet... so capacity isn't really the issue, but the speed of the speed steal fluctates from instantaneous to something he struggles to do. So while there's no question he'd probably be able to speed steal Thor... there's a question of whether he could do it quickly enough that Thor would simply sit there and let him (compared to most of the above, which happen before Thor can even think).
- Speed Lend - This Flash has done consistently and quickly, but it's a bit of a rules issue. Flash could be back with speed-boosted allies to beat down Thor in a blink... guess it depends if a God Blast constitutes outside aide. Similarly, he could gather magical artifacts and learn incantations or what not, to magically affect Thor... but this requires prep-time and would only work in conjunction with Time Travel.
After Thor has time to react, God Blast is about his only solution. A ground attack would no more trip up a speed-force speedster than wavy floor would you- their perceptions and interactions with the environment are on a higher plane of motion.

not really air attacks are always an option

To what end? Taking to the air is purely defensive. Attacking from there, nothing he has- save the blast or decimation of the planet- can catch Flash. Even if he decides to go planet-busting, as the ground is breaking up, Flash can speed up and move into the Speed Force (they do it even in-doors without enough running room) and from there travel back in time for his own defensive/offensive manuever.
I think people need a reminder on what Normal Thor can do.

The issue is that all of the relevant abilities require Thor to actively use them, whereas Flash is a being travelling trillions of times the speed of thought. Thor's high-end reaction times from that post still only put him as a capable Quicksilver fighter, nowhere near the magnitude necessary to react to a bloodlusted mainlined Speed Forcer.

Clearly heaven has answered my prayers and sent down a guardian angel like you to show the world that there is still some comic knowledge/intelligence/logic in the world.
I can't really add on to anything that you've said, you've said everything there is. Kudos.
Flash wins 10/10.
Man what a load of half baked BS. Stealing all someone's energy.
Stealing kinetic energy. Written by those who just don't have even the slightest notion of its implications. The whole speedforce malarkey is a mismash of ill conceived BS. Its a smoke screen
invented by Flash's creators to avoid having to come up with a
plausible (at the very least in terms of science fiction) explanation
for his powers.
The void or quantum vacuum is the source of all energy. Manifest
energy forms are just a limited expression of this boundless energy.
Thor's physical body is mainly empty space or void - if you
compressed the amount of goss physical energy that makes it up it
would be about the size of a pin head. And the object of this little
exercise is - Nobody can can steal the void - the source of each
persons energetic being. At very best Flash may be able to disrupt
Thor's energy field - but steal all his energy no way.
Besides Thor is one of the "Old Gods" no way could some jumped up
man in red tights beat him.

Remember, Flash possesses one of the biggest plot devices in comics- the Speed Force. Every thing Flash does is explained by the Speed Force, whether he runs at the speed of sound without causing sonic booms, runs at the speed of light without causing himself harm, punching super-durable characters without breaking his arm, etc. The ability to steal someone's speed is just another quality available through the Speed Force and Thor has no defense against it. Wonder Woman has shown to be immune to the power, since she gets her speed from the God os Speed, Hermes (logically, this should also mean Captain Marvel is immune to it since his speed comes from Mercury), but Thor, despite being an actual god, has no luxury such as that so he has no immunity.
