Who do you think will be freed from the curse next and why?

I personally think that Yuki is the next one to get the curse released from him because of the fact that he has denied his "god" love and worship. Well thats my theory anyway.

Yeah i agree. I thnk that Akito will be last....or...what if Akito is next nd every1 is free???!?!?!?!?! rofl theres only 2 volumes left, and i personally dont think theyll do it one by one. Or perhaps some wont be released >_< well thats my conspiracy!! lololol

I have this weird strange feeling that Kyo may not be released from the curse.
I don't know why.

Hes not really part of the Zodiac so what if his curse stays. Wait!! maybe he has to make things better with the rat (Yuki) then he could be freed... yeah!!!

Okay heres my theory, what if his true form is composed of all the zodiac members. Okay so then when all of them are free his true form will disapear...like since Momiji was released, then the ears of his true form will be gone..do u get wut im sayin? lolol

So far in the manga, who's been cured? I know Momiji is already cured. I read it in the manga...

I just hope Kyo gets cured so he can stay with Tohru..........^_^

So far in America book number 12 is just comming out, but if your like me and search all over the web for the later volumes them some sites have previews of volume 20!!

Oh "XxILuvVegetaxX" I see what your saying about how Kyo's curse is made up of all the Zodiac animals. That would be pretty cool and I also hope that his curse is released and he can finally hug Tohru.

I pray that Hatori's(who I love with a passion) curse gets lifted soon she he can finally be with mayu ::eeek:: the cuetness!!!

If they make a second season they better not half ass it. Fruits Basket is a show and a manga loved by tons and tons of people so lets hope they don't ruin it in any way. ^_^

I dont think they wont as long as they follow the manga!!! By the way if they do continue they should include the red hat boy story bcuz it plays a big role!!!! It wasnt included in the 1st season but they can do like a dream sequence or flash baq as if it was included ^_^

Okay so lets discuss chapter 118!! Chapter 120 is commin out in 2 weeks and it has a lot to do w/ 118!

If you didnt kno, at the end of the chapter they show a pix of sum1 Akito is talkin about. Has any1 seen it?? I did, the site that it was on took it off rite after so srry i couldnt post it wen i did the summary >_< so yea baq on subject!! Who do you guys thnk that person is? The person has long hair, people say that its Tohru but i dont thnk so...it looks more like Hanajima 2 me! But why would Akito be mad @ her???????? And y does she see her as the "true outcast"....or maybe it is Tohru....i have a feelin sum1 is going to hurt in the upcoming chapter. Remember Akito is still running around w/ a knife!!!

I don't know if this is true or not but I heard in Natsuki Takaya's stories the main character usually dies. It might not happen in Fruits Basket but who knows? I hope not, I also hope Kureno doesn't die! I Love him!

My best friend ( who loves Fruits Basket with a passion) told me that usually in her stories a character dies.

Its not like its the main character all the time. She also heard since last year that Yuki might be the one to die.

But who knows...I'd cry. 🙁

In the story of the chinese zodiac the rat dies (killed by the cat), so maybe she's right but you never know...I dont mind sad endings, but in the case of Fruits Basket, ive gotten so attached to the characters, i just want them to have a happy ending!!!! I hope Kureno lives too!

....okay, well that will suck if that DID happen & I didn't even know that?( NT's main characters dies in her mangas) So, in the Chinese Zodiac, the cat kills the rat...then Kyo kills.......?!!!!!

That can't be true? Someone told me a different ending.....I must catch up to my manga then.....

What if Akito is trying to kill Tohru.

If any of you read or saw the Manga Scans for chapter 118...after Akito stabs Kureno she runs off still holding the knife and to top it all off she thinks of some girl and in the manga they show that girl from behind and it looks like Tohru.

So to make a long story short what if someone jumps in the way of Akito trying to kill Tohru?? and then that person dies instead. What if that person is Kyo?

I hope so. Maybe the curse is being lifted because Akito is dieing. Maybe when her grasp on the Zodiac people becomes weaker then the curse breaks? Just a theory.

Whoa! Don't jump 2 conclusions now......it's making me sad thinking about Kyo getting stabbed. Now that's just awful but then again he DOES love her.....

Akito is such a cruel person when it comes to terms to other ppl, especially Tohru. That would be an even MORE depressing ending.....instead of Yuki dying

Akito is such a cruel person. I mean lets see she abused Yuki, kicked Shigure out the the Sohma residence, hit Kisa, scratched Tohru, hit Hatori in the face with glass, punched Momiji and pushed Rin out a window.

Oh and lets not forget that she stabbed Kureno in the back with a knife that little mother f*cking son of b*#@!
