Didn't you get the same amount of xp doing it dark side?

quite a few of the quests had extentions I found... So if you killed the person you might get 200xp and an item, but doing there quest you got more..., sometimes you got the same xp...

Do you remember any examples, cause I don't remember anything like that happening light side. The game felt pretty balanced light and dark side.

ok.. Theres a one where a lady asks you to sell her husbands game at the hunters guild. As the darkside you could steal it from her and get the money for it... OR you could sell it for her and give her the money(possibly some more) and get more xp...
Its been a while But I remember there being a difference between my Dark and light chars...

this is a little off topic, but do you guys know what the rev controller looks like? maybe even a link?

wtf? i was thinkin about picking one of those up, thats too bad.

im sure it could be done well, but id rather have a ps2 controller in my hand any day than do different thigns in each, that is a little ****ed up.

They are bringing out a normal pad aswell...

its going to be different, ill give it that. and thats always a step in the right direction.

thats good they're doing a normal one as well, i might be going for it after all. ill see how the games stack up against the ps3.

It actually does have an actual controller. If I remember correctly on ign they said that in order to keep third-party developers happy, they would be making a controller that you could slide the remote into, causing the controller to function.

yeah id buy the revolution just for zelda, that games gonna be sick.

Comon Phat, i know you have an open mind because of your music taste so why say you'd rather just use a regular controller? That's like saying "That music is too different to what i'm used to listening to, i'd rather stay listening to the radio hits" See what i'm saying, so really the games we are playing now could be the equivalent of us listening to 50 Cent and not even knowing it. <thinks>

um..no, im open minded, but not that open minded.

i just cant picture myself holding 2 things in my hand like that, it would feel weird. im sure it'll all work out and be revolutionary and all that good shit, but it'd still feel wierd.

We'll just have to wait and see...but here's hoping it is because i'm getting sort of bored playing the same game formula we've been playing for like 5 years now.

the names a clear give away, come on, revolution. how more obvious can it get than that?

i honestly couldnt think of a way they could change anything though, like a new genre? its true though, all my favourite games have been original. so if they came out with something like that id be interested.
