Classic Xbox Games

Well just because he likes Jade Empire doesn't mean he will like other RPGs. Jade Empire is more like an action game with some RPG elements. But Morrowind is definitely an RPG. It is the only RPG that I've ever played that allows you to actually screw up the main quest by killing the quest giver.

I can't believe you can like Jade empire but not KOTOR.... I think You should try KOTOR 1 it doesn't have the same "talk to the people to gain there trust" thing, It has times were it says "Such and such is looking down... Talk to them to learn about there past" hints.... More like JE...

id sort of have to play them to get sick of them so yeah, i tried the final fantasies for the ps2 and one of my friends has a bunch of rpgs, hes going through the same thing i am but he still contstantly plays them.

ill try kotor 1 but i know i wont like it. im glad i had shitty games when i first got my xbox, the only reason i really played jade empire was because i didnt have any other games that were any good and i was bored. once i got into it i started to like it a lot, but i havent played it since i bought those other games. pretty sure i was close to beating it, i liked the twist about sun li, that totally surpised me.

morrowind is different than any other rpg ive played before, i like the idea of it a lot. im gonna go buy that and farcry sometime soon, i need a good shooter and morrowind was the main reason i bought the xbox in the first place. ive never really been swayed either way by graphics, especially in an rpg so that doesnt bother me about it, **** i want that game. i gotta stop talking about it.

kotor story line is better then kotor 2 and jade empire... i wish i could forget it so i could play it again...

kotor is knigths of the old republic right.

never got into star wars and the light saber battles do nothing for me, i just don't see it as action. It doesn't entertain me, nor does the story. That's just me.

Damn straight. And you're right about how it's not possible to like Jade Empire, but no KOTOR. It's blasphemy! Strangely I only played KOTOR 3 times before I got bored with it, yet was able to play Jade Empire a wopping 7 times dark side male before I got bored with it and KOTOR still turned out to be better. And I was so pissed when the giant spoiler was ruined for me on ign. com, some retard just came out and decided to ruin it for me. 🙁

Thats why I refuse to visit forums areas till I know all the spoilers.... I hate it when people tell you plots. (Unless I couldn't really care about the story...)

yeah my friend told me every single thing that happened in saw 2 because i didnt think id go see it, then i did and it totally ruined it for me. i looked beside me and people were getting all grossed out and i was just like, yup saw that comin.

KOTOR. That one got me pissed as hell. Jade Empire I probably could have lived with having it spoiled. It was pretty easy to predict, but KOTOR has the mother of all spoilers.

i didnt see the jade empire one at all, i thought the game was over then he comes at her with the five point death touch shit, that was sick.

I didn't either but once you play through it once you begin to see subtle hints that he betrays you from the way the water dragon talks. It also helps to play dark side because you begin to see his urgency. Yeah, I also love seeing those open palm strikes. I was pissed at first. After I beat the emperor I was like damn it's over already, but when I got killed I just sat there and was like,"I just got bitched!"

i was just like "no he didnt, that motherfukcer", that game was worth playing just for that part. ive never played the dark side in any game, ive always tried to be good. im going to in fable though, its too much fun to just kill random people in that game not to. people were laughing at me for being a chicken catcher or whatever, and i just went over and beat them down "whats funny!"

I found fable a little too easy to be good... it never really temped me to the darkside... n KOTOR is the same... I found the benefits of being good tooo rewarding, 1000xp or 100units... erm... XP!
