The Dark Knight goes rogue...

The Dark Knight goes rogue...

Unknown to the JLA, Batman has gone completely insane, and for the last 5 years has been setting a plan in motion for total and complete world domination. He has come to the conclusion that the only way to end crime on Earth is for himself and his regime to take complete control of the planet and rule with an iron fist...

A bat-glove sheathed iron fist, that is.

Batman, while on surveillance detail in the Watchtower, contacts 3 of his cohorts, Deathstroke, Lex Luthor, and Detective Chimp, to inform them that the time has come.

Batman then activates a boomtube to transport the remainder of his allies to the Watchtower:

Mr. Sinister and Dr. Doom.

Batman has provided Sinister with dna samples of all of the members of the JLA to create a clone army and find and exploit any of their genetic weakness, provided Doom with specs of all energy sources and scopes of power of the members of the league (including the Speedforce and the power of Oa), and also gave them 5 ounces of kryptonite to sythesize and purify to it's most lethal form, for the last 5 years in the Marvel Universe.

In all, their forces consist of:

Batman and the Wayne Enterprises Munitions and Defense Division.
Deathstroke and his army of mercenaries
Dr. Doom and 50,000 Doombots w/anti-JLA upgrades.
Lex Luthor, the US Military, and STAR Labs
Mr. Sinister and 5,000 meta-clones, each designed with the combined abilities of each JLA member, but at 89.5% the originals capacity.
Detective Chimp (for comic relief)

Can this force conquer DC Earth?

Discuss.

You got some original threads...😄

I think they can do it.

You sure don't like taking risks ;-

Anyway, Wolverine wins lol.

Nice background.

And yes....the Bat team wins this. The only thing they would have to do is take out the bigger powerhouses out first (beginning with the Martian Manhunter).
After that, since they want to take over the entire Earth and not just wipe out the JLA, they would have to ensure that certain characters like the Spectre and/or the Phantom Stranger do not interfere.
I am also assuming that Mr Sinister will have managed to come up with anti-Oa energy strategies that do not just work on the JLA Green Lanterns but also on a whole bunch of extra-terrestrial GLs that would come to the earth sector to sort out things (thus the anti-Oa thing would have to work on more than one or two rings).
If all of that is taken care of then ....they win.

Although after winning I really hope that Bruce has other plans in place to prevent the guys on his team from trying to take power from him. Having Lex Luthor, Dr Doom, Mr Sinister and Slade standing behind you is NEVER a good idea.

Detective Chimp might be ok.

Sentinels of Magic, The Society, Themyscira, Jakeem Thunder and the JSA. They'd destroy the JLA but they'd still get wiped out by everyone else. I wonder if Bats could prepare for Diana's Godwave...

as long pig says 😈

Batman.....well...he has a plan. If he DOESN'T have a plan....well...he already planned for it.

Batman wins.

Bats gang takes it. Is diana's godwave sort of like Thor's Godblast?

Great post by the way...probably the most original I've read here.

You saw what Batman was capable of with taking down the JLA with his traps. He easily conquers this world if he has al that extra help. Easily.

Once the JLA falls, who's gonna save earth? Jay Garrick? Captain Marvel?

Batman wins. Then he buys out Luthor's company and leaves him penniless, annexes Latveria and exiles Doom, sends the Doombots after Slade and leads the remaining Injustice Gang members to take out Sinister and his army.

fate

Sentinels of Magic are more powerful than JLA based on Fate alone. The JSA is arguably more powerful. Actually, considering Jakeem Thunder, the JSA pretty much dwarfs the JLA in power.

What about if Manhunter attacks Batmans mind or Green Lantern turns into Parallax or Spectre?

On the JSA thing ....that's something I've wondered about, since it does seem that the JSA has members that are extremely powerful. Eg Jakeen Thunder (who can take care of virtually anything solo once he unleashes that 5th dimension genie), and Fate.

Yet they always 'seem' to play second fiddle to the JLA.

You're right. That's why the JSA are known as the JLA busters on comic book forums. Considering the JSA's wealth of experience and sheer power, I definitely place them at the top of DC's teams.

Personally I think 'Team Batman' will lose this one due to in-fighting and back-stabbing. I mean, Lex Luthor, Mr Sinister and Dr. Doom are hardly trustworthy allies.

Someone spelled "rogue" correctly instead of making it out to sound like a color or like a female cosmetics accessory 😱

I think i'm in love 😍

It also helped through most of their career they had Spectre to back them. lol.
