So Sinister's 5,000 JLA Composite clones (with the combined abilities of Flash, Manhunter, Supes, and all of the other members of the league, but at 89.5% capacity), on top of all of the other resources, under the leadership and command of Doom, Deathstroke, Batman, Sinister, Luthor, and Detective Chimp, with 5 years of planning, aren't enough to conquer DC Earth?

Don't forget, Doom has arcane abilities as well.

He finished in second behind Dr. Strange in the Sorcerer Supreme competition (and that's canon material, not just net hearsay or hyperbole. It was in the same story where Doom and Strange travelled to Mephisto's dimension to free Doom's mother's soul).

This is Batman and Co., planning for complete DC World domination, not just JLA domination. Batman only has direct access to the JLA's genetic material and information, not that he, Deathstroke, and Luthor haven't accounted for other heroes on DC Earth. The JLA info is just what was provided to Doom and Sinister for the power sources to usurp and genetic material to manipulate because Batman has constant access to the information and trying to obtain info on other groups he's not affiliated with would arouse suspicion.

Basically, what I'm saying is take into consideration Batman, Luthor, Slade, and Detective Chimp's documented knowledge, experiences, and interactions with characters on DC Earth, but as far as resources go, Batman only obtained and supplied info he readily had access to when he forwarded it to Sinister and Doom so no one would suspect anything.

The JSA, and other DC Earth based teams that Batman, Luthor, Deathstroke and Detective Chimp have interacted with, should be assumed to be accounted for in their plans.

it wouldnt work.........once you get three megalomaniacs like sinsiter, lex and doom, who happened to have plans of thier own for wolrd conquest, and are all abject geniuses themselves like bats..thier not wanna gonna take any freaking orders from anybody. lex would be the first to start conspiring agansit all of them, and then doom.. sinister would likely be cool and be a good team player, cuz as long as he has free reign, and unlimted resources to conduct his experiemnts, he's a happy camper, but it'll all go to shit in two shakes of a lamb's tail, then bats would still have contingency plans for all of them.....ergo from the start he wouldnt trust them

He's right they all have different motives.

Luthor just wants to become king of the world , he's the basic greed and evil located in any man.

Doom wishes to be a superior to all he surveys, the guy's got a god complex the size of Russia !!

Deathstroke is very similar to Big Boss from the mgs series , all he wants is a place to be who he is without any interruptions......

Sinister wants to be a god (dont confuse this with doom) he wants to create the purest race of mutants ever.....

Detective chimp wants to be paid in banana's ...and maybe a tire swing ...and did i mention bananas ?

While bat's simply wants to ensure no more crime and suffering , and upon all these things connecting a war will ensue.......

Backstabbing is sure to happen, however, think about it this way.

Of course Batman is not going to trust them, so he has that contingency plan. What does he have as a backup? Those JLA clones are fitted with a controlling thing that Batman can only access. You think Sinister is gonna be able to stand up to 5000 people like Flash and Superman? No way. Deathstroke and whatnot too. Luthor can be killed by Batman himself if he wanted to, and Doom is a smart enough man not to double-cross Batman until after the world is conquered. The question here is not whether Batman can conquer the world and maintain it until he dies, but whether he can conquer it. He does, and then Doom tries something, and gets killed by JLA clones, and Batman is victorious. Either way, the partnership wouldn't break until Batman was victorious in conquering DC Earth - then the fighting would begin. And don't you think Batman would play to the hearts of Sinister, Deathstroke and Doom? Luthor's a good manipulator but Batman understands psychology far better than Lex, and has him beat in that department.

Hey, if a villain can convince another villain to work with him, that's one thing - but when you get a hero that has constantly fought a villain, and brings him on their side, that's something completely different on a manipulation power scale.
