Where would DC be without Superman and Batman?

I wouldn't mind him disappearing for a couple of years. Focus on other characters for once. And then during a big threat we have his triumphant return.

DC without Superman and Batman would be like a porn flick without sex.

I reckon Supes is a bit wussy but Batman is way hard and those 2 are what made comics great!

Dc poured the pressure on faucet city comics there at the end. Captian marvel was outselling superman comics for a while there. Superman came first, then captian marvel.. Then dc copied alot of captian marvels abilities then gave them to superman (man superman fans hate hearing that P) after this they shelved captian marvel.

i guess it would depend on what other characters would have been created had Superman and Batman never been. Also, no one knows what other characters readers would have taken a liking to had there been no Superman or BAtman. Im sure we would still have comic books without them. To what extent is unknown, though.
