Yes, written by Mark Waid. Has a very swashbuckling feel to it, but doesn't completely just undo all the shit in the previous volume.

It's pretty awesome. DD will be tangling with foes he normally doesn't such as Spot (whom he battled last issue) and Klaw (who he'll face next issue).

Me too lol. I enjoy Waid's work as a whole, and I was really interested to see how he approaches Matt.

The helmet and armor literally come with the power. In Juggernaut's recent Spider-Man appearance, he was able to morph/change a random piece of metal into a red helmet.
