Certainly not at Gamma-Father levels as he was not wearing a toga or elaborate loincloth. He was probably drained down to Family Man levels based on his clothing, who is IMO, closer to calm Banner Hulk level than Savage.

Family Man Hulk is still the most responsible though.

To be fair Family Man Hulk was under a heavy burden he had his Skaar, Jen, Betty, Rick, etc etc to worry about right now it's just Betty so he might be above Family Man Hulk but below Savage Hulk.

For the record, Nova didn't come close to knocking out Thor. His all out punch didn't actually do anything despite Thor being drowsy from the mind control.

Carver this is beginning to lose it's charm if we are gonna keep doing this your gonna have to keep up Betty caught up with bruce two weeks later after what happened in Heart of a monster.Two of them left together that takes place before fear itself which when Hulk finds the hammer him and Betty are together trying to work it out.
