All I remember about the defenders was that Hulk and Namor got into a fight every other issue poor strange had his hands full.

This is the same garbage you were spouting after he destroyed Rulk and lost to Zeus I asked you for some on-panel proof that he was depowered between those fights and I will asked you again some on-panel proof he was depowered between the end of Heart of a monter arc and fear itself.

Who said it did?

We don't know for sure how strong Hulk was when he got the hammer.

Certainly not at Gamma-Father levels as he was not wearing a toga or elaborate loincloth. He was probably drained down to Family Man levels based on his clothing, who is IMO, closer to calm Banner Hulk level than Savage.

Family Man Hulk is still the most responsible though.
