When Mids tried to fight Apollo he had to suit up in a Ironman buster type of suit to even remotely have chance.
Plus his last pressure point strike only stunned Apollo IIRC on the ear drums.
This writer took his pressure point skills to a new level never seen before but oh well.(also this is the new relaunch MM right? not the original?)

I know, I kind of hope they were playing possum. Midnighter should be awesome, but Jack has always been a good match for him.
