Based on what? His eyes being closed? People get stunned in fights all the time, and close their eyes for a second or two.

In the next issue (one panel later), Superman is actually seen trying to tell Diana that he's still conscious.

What's the time frame on someone eyes being closed for you to call it a ko?

You're asking for a definitive amount of panels, which isn't how comics work.

What are you guys talking about regarding Supes?

Oh and....Shame on New 52 Supes still caring for Lois.

Sigh.

Trinity and Konvikt.

Don't worry, It won't last long. Morrison has plans.

mmm

what plans does morrison have

maybe more stories while on dope

😂

I think the Superman/Clark and Lois dynamic is something that still needs to exist in some way, shape, or form. Of course, I don't think they should be a couple just yet. I'd build that up for at least a few years in real life time.

The problem with the Clark and Lois relationship isn't the relationship itself; plenty of good writers, including Morrison, have portrayed that relationship very well. The problem is that some people confuse a strong assertive woman with being a beach and wind up making Lois unlikeable and almost emasculate Clark in the process of writing her.

I wouldn't say plenty. Some, yes, but not a majority by any means.

Fair enough. I guess I just enjoy the classical and timeless aspect of the relationship and I find it to have more substance and longevity than Superman, and say, Wonder Woman.

Lol.

I just am not a fan of Kal/Diana, tbh. I think it's too obvious and ultimately just doesn't work outside of Elseworlds and the like. Now, in the New 52 continuity, said pairing would probably work out, but I can't say I'd be thrilled just because it's something that's been tried and done so many times before. I really think they work better as friend, perhaps friends with unsaid romantic feelings towards one another, but friends nonetheless.

Which only include "romantic interludes" not long term plans for any other relationship. With Man of steel due in 2013 and Lois in lead I don't think DC would go for any other relationship for long term. As for WW azzarello said no crossovers for a year and Steve Trevor is young again, hint hint. SM/WW relationship is long dead, most people who want it just wants to see them having sex or still hung on Kingdom come and The Kingdom.

With the right writer, I think it could work.

I will also say that Wonder Woman is extremely hard to find a romantic partner for. Steve Trevor...blah. Superman and Batman both have been overdone, imo. Aquaman's a good choice, but I'm a fan of Arthur/Mera.

Now, Nemesis...that was one cool cat. 😎

I couldn't stand that guy, tbh.
