he should have but it doesnt happen for the same reason Hulk doesnt knock Cap's DD's and spidey's head off when he does connect even at a glancing blow.

And yet decades later he once again confirms the only thing keeping Spider-man from killing him is Pete's CIS. PIS is the only reason Wolverine is still alive, his HF is written to handle as much damage as it takes to keep Logan alive in every particular story. In other words writers protecting their pet with a plot device.

Wolverine fights like a moron most of the time. Every time he puts up a fight against REAL martial artist it’s writers bringing other characters down to his level so Logan fanboys wouldn’t commit suicide.
Without PIS he wont even be able to tag someone like classic Iron Fist, let alone Spider-man. He can’t even dodge bullets 90% of the time while someone like Dick freaking Grayson does it all the time. Writer’s armor – only reason Logan doesn’t get speedblitzed by Boy Wonder-level characters.

I know but before injecting him, it appeared as if he injected him with his fear toxin by looking at the words he was saying.

Yes Batman was indeed injected with Venom. Scarecrow hit him with the fear gas, and then injected him with a needle with the venom toxin.

Bane: "when you analysed my new toxin I'm sure you discovered it to be a purer, more volatile deritive of Venom...."

Really use common sense we even see Batman punch Superman sending him through the cabin wall 20+ ft away as well. Clearly something was up.

When has Bane ever been strong enough to hurt Supes and Batman was reaching for something in his pocket before sending Supes through that wall.

For starters as noted this is an upgraded Venom formula so who knows what it is capable of. What we did see from this NEW Venom it was strong enough to rock Superman.

Reaching in his pocket? Ummm...you mean when he grabbed his face and then the next panel he sent Superman flying? Reread the comics.
