SSJ4 Goku's blasts were weak as shit, but he had a strength feat in GT that he never had before in Z. SSJ4 Goku lifted up half a city, from miles below underground. I'd say it was about on par with Superman Returns island lifting.

So you can show me Superman enduring 1/3 of what I said "in ONE FIGHT"? I can understand the spread out of fts but all of this happened during 1 encounter. The durability of DBZ characters is insane...their punching power is insane as well.

Not really, I got him to deny that speed had anything to do with distance or time. He also uses the lame tactic of focusing on low-end feats only to downplay characters.

Thats the fight that I am talking about, the one where he stood still. He flash koed Supes. For some strange reason, back then, that was a power of Superman, to become immovable when he wanted to be, no matter the force. He had that same ability during his post crisis era as well, even used it against Doomsday. Hulk was just as strong, if not, stronger than that Superman and this was stated on panel.

The blast is humongous, seen on the outskirt of Earth. Look is standing beside him tanking the blast. Vegeta stood in one spot without a scratch after this attack. No High Herald is accomplishing this imo.
