It sounds more like the original "Gravage" Persona who was more cunning and intelligent than Savage Hulk but less prone to rage fits.
Should be a fun mini for fans of the classic Hulk/Avenger clashes, i'll get this I think.

Hulk will probably come out looking good but that preview stretches my suspension of disbelief. The Hulk taking a Mjolnir blow like that is something I can't take seriously because it makes very little sense. It's true that mortals, the Thing etc. have withstood Mjolnir because Thor holds back extremely but I think he wants Hulk to go down here.
Also, why is Giant Man able to restrain the Hulk's arm with one hand and providing a major contribution to the hold? That also doesn't make much sense to me. Just because Thor, Iron Man and Giant Man are super-humanly strong, doesn't mean they're on the same level.
Reverse ninja syndrome is a b*tch, hope Hulk/Thor separate from the rest of the Avengers. And we get a good brawl.

That shit right there is straight up insulting. I'm a Thor fan, but him being able to one shot Nefaria with a Mjolnir blow so casually is just stupid. Thor doesn't even come off looking impressive, Nefaria just looks weak.

After this comic is over, Rage and Jake will be nuking KMC. Hulk tanked a full Mjlonir hit to the chest along with hits from the other Avengers without any damage. I will be wearing body armor once this is posted on KMC. I'm expecting not to see Rage for about 2 to 3 months after this. Carver9 is rubbing his hands together. May 2 needs to hurry up.

I don't understand why you like this or would even want it. It's one thing Hulk getting his due but something as unrealistic as that just takes away from the comic as a whole.
Any Hulk other than World Breaker (Barring maybe the amped ones) would get rocked by Thor's fists, much less Mjolnir unless Thor's seriously holding back. You know this, I know this, everybody who's read up on the characters knows this.
Hulk getting a hard fought win against Thor in hand to hand is something a lot more people will accept than this and it's also more credible.
I'll wait for the entire comic before jumping to any conclusions, this is DeFalco who's had Thor rocking Celestials and such with his blows so he knows how powerful he is.

The characters have changed over time Rage. We can't base everything off of their previous fights when we know Hulk powerlevel is completely different than what it use to be. Marvel is finally following the Hulks power, "the madder he gets, the more powerful he becomes". It's not a low showing for Thor at all or any other Avenger, Marvel is just putting Hulk where he was always suppose to be at.. a team wrecker.
The Hulk really doesn't make sense being as strong as he is anyway, from a plot consideration point.
He's the result of a faulty human experiment, gamma irradiated, and he gets stronger as he gets madder.
Really, what's stopping any God level character out there from creating a Hulk like creature that runs on some sort of energy and gets stronger with rage? He's just the result of a human experiment gone awry, and not a Reed level experiment either. It's not as though Gamma energy is such a powerful and rare force within Marvel that it makes sense to propel him that far because of it.
Maybe if he was possessed by some actual cosmic force instead.

What? Everything I've said can be backed up by the last decade.
We saw everyone from Hercules to Sentry rocking Hulk with their fists. We've seen Thor rock everyone from High Heralds to Cosmics with his blows.
This is just reverse ninja law coming into play, not some huge Hulk movement. There's a difference between World Breaker Hulk taking on the Avengers, and Gravage Hulk standing up to that onslaught.
If Thor wasn't significantly holding back, it was a low showing. You'd have to be high not to think otherwise.
