I doubt it, tbh.
Just seems like Iron Man was able to study the energies the PF was giving off and literally make Phoenix Buster armor.

Well , they did give an explanation about something to do with modern-day particle accelerators and how they can simulate the Big Bang(a reference to the LHC , I guess) , so I doubt its as far-fetched as it seems .

Right, which ultimately culminates in Iron Man essentially making a giant suit of armor to "disperse" the PF. It's so stupid and over the top, but Iron Man literally making Phoenix Buster armor was the only cool thing I took away from this.

Considering the techie that Tony is , I doubt it would it would be difficult for him to assimilate LHC-esque particle accelerator tech into a big suit of armor , and then christen it "Phoenix Buster" .
