Dumb Drax was pretty beastly. Only two beings in Marvel as far as I know ever matched him (Thor and Hulk) in raw strength.
Maxam at his best was on par with a calm Drax IIRC but that's not a knock, he stalemated Hercules, no sold She-Hulk ala Surfer and IIRC was stomping Colossus easily.
