Seriously, why is Bendis of all people writing Thor with a glass jaw? He almost always gives him serious props. I wouldn't give a shit if this was non-canon but it's being shoe-horned into continuity to remain relevant.

Why was it a cheap shot when Hulk grabbed his hammer, turned Thor around, said he is being controlled and then punched him? Doesn't sound like a cheap shot to me.

That's not the Green Scar it's the Savage Hulk persona. Looks more like this book was done to give props to the movie.

Thor and the Hulk could be 3 hours into the fight and carver would still call all of Thor's hits "cheap shots".
Whereas the Hulk could attack a sleeping Thor and he'd argue for 99 pages about how the attack doesn't count as a "cheap shot".
