Hahaha, did Rachel just beat Thor in hammer fight? Christ. The worst part is that the scene was intended to be demeaning and embarrassing, particularly the part with Namor mocking and pounding on Thor.
Who's going to beat up Thor next week? Toad with a ball pein?
All the Avengers got shit on in this issue except Wolverine. Someone PM Aaron that you don't have to be a mutant to look good in a mutant book.
Stop bitchin. Thor will get his does, he is going up against Emma soon. And he is the Avengers go to person, and an intermediate between higher-lower powers. I am sure he we will get another good showing, agianst the Full Phoenix Force.
Nabu knows, I am still washing my eyes from the horrible scene with Thor clipping the phoenix wings.
On the bright side, Cable should be fully healed by the end of the arc. I wonder if kick shit off, and wreck something?

Lol, splooging aside, it DOES say 'until someone who can DESTROY him is found'.....so looks like he may get a few licks in, but ultimately, Marvel can destroy him.

lolThe reasons I watch WWE and pro-wrestling in general are completely different than the reasons I read Marvel or comics in general.
WWE actually puts on good matches and has had some good angles for the past year or so (thanks in large part to CM Punk's summer).
AvX is basically crapping on both the Avengers and X-Men franchises to make a quick buck.
I don't read comics books for feats, battles, and random fights as a rule. I like them as much as the next guy, but the story is what's most important to me. With wrestling, I'm not expecting award winning caliber of story telling. At best, a good angle that makes sense or is hilarious in some form is all I need, and even then, the in-ring action can make or break that. There's also the fact I have some psuedo-professional interest in the industry as well.
Brock Lesnar's return was also awesome .
