Notwithstanding all the low showings he's had recently , his encounter with the PF in the early issues of AVX , were a reasonably good showing in his favor .
Based on that , I'd presume he should still be placed at high-herald .

They should have him fight Surfer under the current writers, just to give Surfer something while they're in the habit.
And it doesn't even have to be Thor is the funny thing. They have Iron Man, they have Red Hulk, but those two haven't a smear to their name.
