And let's be honest. Loeb didn't give a shit about Thor's Odinforce amp and likely didn't care to research about what was going on about Thor outside of him being alive again (not the first time Loeb ignored continuity to write the stories that served him best). The only person who really cared or seem to demonstrate the difference between Thor and Thor with the Odin Force was JMS, which is fitting as he penned Thor's ongoing.

What's the big deal? Rulk didn't technically lift the hammer. When he absorbs he can use said characters powers to an extent, that could explain the thunder. He absorbed Surfer and was able to fire cosmic blasts aswell as use his board.

Don't try to justify that crap. 😬 The enchantment doesn't say "if you have the power of Thor, you can use Mjolnir." In zero gravity, he should have been able to lift it just like he did, but no other powers. Either you're worthy or you're not, and Rulk isn't. God I can't believe Loeb can produce decent writing then make something as horrible as that Rulk catastrophe.

Surfer got the worst of it, the image of Rulk cruising around the universe on his board will be forever scarred on my brain.

But really, there is no reason for him to have been able to use the lightning. Reigning King Thor couldn't get Mjolnir to work for him. Rulk with a sliver of the Odin Force shouldn't have been able to do it either.

Yeah Ironman's been able to move it in space also.

Power Girl pre-reboot was way cooler than Supergirl by far. Karen was actually a very fleshed out character for the most part, and her ongoing was a fun read. Probably one of the better female characters in comics, period.
