I wouldn't mind JMS bringing him back. Fear Itself should have been the end for me.

JMS left because Marvel wanted to integrate Thor into the greater Marvel Universe, which is good in of itself, but they wanted to basically promote some shitty ass event (Siege) in the process.

Post JMS Thor has been in some good stories, but Marvel's heavy event centric focus is crapping all over their characters.

Yeah but since JMS (who's run was awesome by the way), we got the Red Hulk beat down, the 2 Green Hulk beat downs, the Taurus beat down, the Diablo one shot, the Amadeus Cho one shot, the X-men beat downs, .... God I could go on and on...

Thor has his share of wins as well. Its just...AvX has been too much in a little time.

arrrghhhhhh >_< I know.....but when I read Thor's comeback he was just so awesome lol. If they could have just left Thor dead in Fear Itself...and prevented Avengers Asseble and AvX, I'd be happier. Despite the other low showings.

Can't wait for the next issue.

Maybe he just wanted to read all about hair loss, STDs, ED and skin disorders while he was in the library as he was already there anyway. :-p after all, he reads faster than he runs...
