Don't care. Really, death is the only thing that can redeem some of these characters. The fact that Cap is going to try and "make things up" to the mutant community after this event is garbage. Firstly, Cap was the guy who went to bat for Pietro and Wanda. Secondly, this entire fiasco paints the mutants as raving psychotics moreso than victims. X-Men have got a lot of work to do to salvage their rep.
Oddly enough, I'm curious to see Hickman's Avengers and Remeder's Uncanny Avengers as well as Aaron on Thor. Morbidly curious to see Fraction's Fantastic Four and Bendis' New X-Men, too. But yeah, this event was a god awful idea and is probably the Marvel equavilant to freakin' Countdown.
