Uuuuummm, Charles has always been in the teachings of learning TK. I think it has always been an ability of his.

You meant "is" right? I remember back in the 90's he was in practice of mastering it but it kind of fell in the back peddle. I guess this showing proves that he has mastered it to a large degree.

No, it wasn't a typo.

Charles has never really used it as a real power, even though it's "technically" part of his powerset.

😕 Why didn't he? At one point he used it to help him walk (temporarily). It's a forgotten power and it appears Bendis didn't forget about it.
