Did, hasn't for years. Lost in when she was traveling in space with the Starjammers. There is even a scene in Avengers vs. X-Men where she goes to Scott when he was powered by the Pheonix and says she had the Pheonix inside her too and now it's gone does it still care about her?, etc.

You have Mark Waid and Dan Slott both writing classic stories for daredevil and spiderman. Gillen has written JIM and the first Uncanny x-men series that I have enjoyed in a long time. Brubaker wilted on Captain America but his Winter Soldier series has been excellent. Theres still talented writers at marvel unfortunately they just arent getting the attention like bendis and fraction.
FF is good. Hickman is Marvel's one decent writer right now.
