I was asking where he'd got that from.

And if it supports what happens on panel, then yes, imo it can be used. It's how i've treated it for a while.

I took it as writer thoughts don't matter in regards to general things, like who can beat who or if superman is greater then beyonder, or hulk is so blah blah. But does matter in regards to an issue or arc that they wrote if it clarifies something ambiguous or explains why something happened etc.

Yeah, pretty much.

Does it count if the editor of a particular issue comments on an event in the issue to clarify? Or is it only writers of the issue?

Generally editors are twats, so no. Now, if its a more general thing regarding the character, we can take it on a case by case basis.

What about SMP vs MM & WW clones? Writer said that's how Prime would have done againt the real deals but you said it couldn't be used.

Just tryna get some clarification 😄

I wouldn't use that writer statement RE: SMP vs MM & WW. Not really backed up by SMP vs MM, for example.

Well SMP vs MM clone he had the amp right? So it wouldn't be the same fight

Tell me you're kidding Pr ?

Any ways , I can vouch for his statement because of what happened to my thread : http://www.killermovies.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=565555&pagenumber=5#post13872071

Why do you keep using the word "omega"?

Because Emma(like Charles) is an omega-class telepath .

This.

I know that. I also know that bar "limitless potential" it doesn't mean anything. It's not a measure of power in any shape or form.

If it was simply a title, then no, it wouldn't mean anything. But Emma, before she even had the PF, was numbered amongst the top 5 psions............ON THE ENTIRE PLANET. She's now hosting 1/5 (most recently 1/2) of a universal (at least) level Force.

She's an Omega level psion and no bullsh|t "psionic shields" that Hank Pym or SHIELD can manufacture should be able to do jacksh|t against her. If that scan represents the quality of writing in the entire issue, then it's easily the BEST AvX title or tie-in out there.

Edit : Resaw your original post .

Interviews from CBR aren't obscure and Remender is not just "someone involved in the story arc", he's the writer of the entire volume.

Why did writers ignore the power-up she received after jean entered her mind? Does make sense. If you look at the FULL scope of Psylock powers, she should easily work 90% of the people she face nut writers aren't familiar with her capabilities. Stupid.

I was referring to ODG's citing of the rule that writer interviews carry little to no merit on the Battle Boards .

Btw , Evan Dorkin was also the writer of the story arc that MrMaster was debating about in that thread , and Bada still applied that rule .

He either has holes in his head now, or he got Magneto to heal it up.

Unexplained of course, but yeah, COMICS!

Hey carver how ya doin man?

And... It's just stupid man, like, you don't even have to be anything remotely CLOSE to Wolverine expert to know he's got a metal noggin. Marvel editorial staff's for shit these days.
