It was a retelling of her life before she became Ms Marvel . She was an Airforce Pilot/Intelligence Officer in that incidence , and that was a Taliban crony who managed to capture her after her plane got shot and she was forced to eject .

Apart from breaking her arm , he electrocuted her for hours on end and then ripped her left hand's finger nails .
