Yeah, they're revamping several of the Valiant titles-- XO, Shadowman, Ninjak, A&A, Bloodshot, etc.Issue #5 of XO just came out today. Been solid thus far.
I've only picked up the first couple of issues and nearly lost patience with it. Too much Marvel popcorn bs over the last couple of years since the demise of Nova and the gotg. I nearly forgot what it's like to read a fairly intelligently written comic.
Have you been keeping up with DnA's book Hypernaturals? Its been pretty good.

Haven't read it. Worth it?
If you were a fan of their Guardians of the Galaxy run then I'd say you almost HAVE to read it. It takes the same basic premise, but unshackeled from Marvel editorial edict and continuity. It's been worth the money thus far.
The basic premise is about a team of government sanctioned superpowered beings living in a world where AI's have reached singularity and are essentially the god of that world. The main villain is a dude called Sublime (Dr. Doom archtype) who refuses to bow the knee to an AI. His main argument being that science has allowed man to abandon the need for a religious God and here we are replacing that with another god, the AI called the Quantinuum. Of course, him being a Doom type, he wants to destroy that AI and is willing to commit mass genocide to do it. That's where the story picks up.
Keep an eye on a character called "Bewilder". You, being somewhat of a Flash fan will appreciate someone fast enough to have an ungoing personal conversation with a teammate, run through a dimensional portal, search a planet with billions of citizens and be back fast enough to continue the conversation seemingly uninterrupted with said teammate seemingly non the wiser.
