Also, Hulk did floor her with a single attack, even if it didn't actually do much to her (just left her vulnerable to Phoeclops killing his character).

Yeah you maybe right. When I looked at that page, I took the smash panel as happening first. I swear it's a better way for some of the scenes in comics to be easily interpreted. Sometimes the panel placement seems to be a bit off.

In UXM 18, Cyclops and Emma Frost aren't dedicating their entire attention to the fight and are holding back their power. Only at the end does Emma suggesting unleashing it but Cyclops stops her.

Anyway looking at UXM 18, that, Hulk Emma is fighting at the end of AvX 11 is Red Hulk not Green Hulk. Green Hulk sneaks up on her in human form and hits her, then is displaced off panel. Emma is fighting Red Hulk when Scott steals the force as shown in UXM 18.
