You think Jason would beat Captain America? Why? Because you want him to? It feels right? I'm sorry but that isn't evidence. Captain America's feats are evidence however and I still have no idea why you don't see him beating Jason. Last week I watched Avenger Movieverse Captain America beat the the holy hell out of Spider-Man's team.
