Brevoort lol

Not like his opinions effect the comics being put out anyway.

So, in his view, Franklin's supposed inability to lift Thor's hammer has nothing to do with his powerset but more to do with his err.. skillset. He uses Thor and Iron Man to exemplify his point, suggesting that although Thor can summon lightning, he could never create armor (like Tony Stark does). Alrighty then.

Someone also asked if the Living Tribunal himself can lift Mjolnir. Brevoort couldn't bring himself to say yes though and instead gave a rather BS response. Gotta love it.

This Brevoort/Mjolnir dynamic is even worse than the Quan/Thanos one. At least quan has one time or another been tricked into admitting that Thanos has any limitations at all. So far with Brevoort, I haven't seen any such thing at all.

Is Brevoort the one supposed to take over Fantastic Four after Hickman? Because if so I anticipate Franklin losing to Thor at some point or backing down from Odin...

Matt Fraction is taking over

Breevort's trolling of the fans aren't taken into consideration when the writers - notably people not named Breevort - pen their stories. If Breevort's Thor fanboyism actually mattered, we probably would have seen Thor solo the Phoenix Five during AvX or Odin beat the shit out of Galactus during Fraction's Thor run.

If Franklin doesn't headbutt himself into unsconsciousness, I will be disappointed.

Woot! Fxxk the haters! It seems they are slowly building him back up to his pre DCNu power levels.

Why is an older Superman weaker?

'Shoving a kryptonite moon into the sun' is above what Pre-DCnU Superman is able to do.

Superman, as he is starting to be portrayed uniformly, apprently [first in Smallville, then in the main DCnU, now in the animated Universe adaptation] is back to planet moving, thus above pre DCnU but still below pre-Crisis higher end [galaxy worth of planets and all that].

Because that's how it works in that Universe.

We'll see about that, you lying son of a bitch.

Anyway, it's good to see comic Supes is almost as strong as Tom Welling.

I think DC got their balls back, once they noticed a TV show where milions of people tuned in and Superman shoved a planet out of the solar system was well received, and they've been bitching out on anything even close to that for a quarter of a century with some tens of thousands of readers.

**** dem haters.

Let the Superman be the Superman.

Do you think comic Supes will get up to Tom Welling level?

Was he ever a writer at some point? I can only imagine what his stories would be like. Thor would be promoted to LT status and Odin would take the place of TOAA; then Mjolnir would become sentient and curbstomp both of them. The end.
