Stop trolling Rage, people. Doubt anyone here seriously believe Thor was knocked out. Captain Marvel and Black Widow weren't shown in those panels either and dissapeared for several pages. Happens in team books. Thor appeared on the screen and looked just fine, no reason to believe he was knocked out.
Also Spider-man survived against Lord Rand. Awesome! 😎

Actually saying that he was knocked out is pure speculation.
