I swear the guy must have dirt on somebody big in the industry. I can't think of a single artist off the top of my head that was big in the 90's that hasn't improved on their craft in some ways. And yet, even with modern ink and coloring tools and techniques widely available, this guy's art still manages to look like it's stuck in a time loop set on 1991.
