I thought Superman gave his suit to Superboy? Why is he still wearing it?

Johns don't care for continuity at this point like bendis. In his comic anyone can beat anyone if the plot demands it or he's trying to hype a character and the characters' own titles mean jackshit to him. That's why azzarelo's WW and Johns' wonder woman feel like two different characters and now its superman's turn.

Thats what I thought. Same way it looks like Supes is dating Diana and trying to get in lois and lucy's bed at the same time.

Not to mention lois is no longer a reporter and her being in the street with jimmy makes no sense or being jealous to superman/wonder woman relationship as commented by jimmy as she's shown no romantic feelings towards superman thus far. Its as if the events in superman titles don't matter for johns.

So I looked it up, apparently, it was a scratch and sniff comic.

In that scene if you scratch Supe's when he hits the wall, you can smell him shitting his pants.

10 Points! 😄

Thor from the time-period when he was still conscious in every issue.

Superman got Thor'd in JL 15.

Between him struggling to lift a battle ship with WW (with a giant wave behind them) and the Atlantean man handling, I suspect a worf effect is coming into play.

It's only gonna get worse though in Aquaman 16. It looks like Arthur is going to take on the trinity all at once.

I <3 Mera.

Was she always this badass?

KMC: where Superman and Wonder Woman dead-stop a roughly 100,000 tons speeding, skyscrapper dwarfing super-carrier, a high feat for any Marvel strong brick [She-Hulk and The Thing were competing on who can get to 100 tons first, with She-Hulk giving in before that at 85 just in the latest issue of Fantastic Four; reminder: Thing handled Namor in and out of water just a few months ago], is considered a low showing because they showed some effort in succeding.

I don't know if I should take this as a compliment for Superman, that his low feats are so ridiculously high, or take this as another testament that many people on this site simply aren't familiar with how the comic medium works, and unless Superman displays absolutely no effort in lifting anything below bench-pressing a planet, it means it's a low showing.

I think I'll just stick with the hilarious image of frustrated Thor fans desperately searching for a low showing for Superman, and finally being happy when he showed some effort in deadstopping more than 50,000 speeding tons.

Or they're just not happening at the same time.

Besides, Lobdell is the one having him want Lois while ****ing Diana.

Actually, no. Atlanteans have the strength to knock heralds down. Aquaman's been doing it since before COIE.

Please don't post inflammatory, not to mention incorrect things on the forum.

Guys, this isn't a discussion thread; let's get back on topic please.

First shame on you Philo for trying to use Thing and She-Hulk to showcase Marvel's premiere strength characters when they aren't even close to the best Marvel has.

High level feats for real high end Marvel bricks include lifting mountains, holdings planets together, destroying planets with a few punches, one-shotting planets releasing Earthquake causing punches that register 6.0 or higher on the Richter scale, towing islands with ease.

I know you know about those things so whatever your agenda is please stop it, and that goes for everyone in this thread.

I see PR has already mentioned it. Please get back on topic. If this continues I will close down the Ownage thread.

I'm glad to see you put words in my mouth, then tell me to shut up or you close the thread. 👆

Glad to see you're having fun being a mod.

Don't worry, that was a Kryptonian carrier, so it's all okay.

You said what they did would be considered a high end feat for any marvel brick and then specifically mention Thing and She-Hulk as examples for what you feel a true low showing is while never mentioning that low and high showings tend to be character specific.

Truth be told there are Marvel bricks where Wonder Woman/Superman's feat would be considered either a mid to low showing just fine.

I know you used the characters you chose and the company you chose to try and get an Agenda across same as everyone else in this thread by posting what they did. which is why I said stop to you AND everyone else doing it. So get back on topic.

Who towed an island with ease? For sure it wasn't Herc who was straining to do so (still an awesome feat though).

I know you can't be talking about Thor towing Avengers Island. That thing was an artificial floating island. It's as impressive as a little tugboat pulling a big a$$ barge.

As to the thread :

That's the very DEFINITION of being owned in picture form 😛
