I've had to address or close this thread several times for the same issues. People getting ruffled feathers when their favorites characters get owned, trolling, flaming and spam. I'm thinking this thread is more trouble than it's worth at this point.
Some of you are fortunate that I didn't see the overt trolling of mods in this thread until now due to my Christmas vacation. I wouldn't have been so forgiving.
Okay so we've decided to reopen the thread with some caveats.
First no one will be allowed to quote or comment on another person's post.
Secondly, the only posts allowed are posts containing scans of the comic.
Third We will be on the watch out for scans being posted to Troll other members.
This is not a discussion forum, it is a thread solely dedicated to posting scans of ownage.
Going to pin this still closed for now so everyone has a chance to read this post, and ask direct questions to myself or the other mods.
I or one of the other mods will reopen it in about a week.
I've had a couple of questions PMed my way and I'll be answering them now.
-People will be allowed to ask issue numbers for scans posted.
-People will be allowed to thank someone for posting scans.
-People will not be allowed to discuss the contents of any scans though. No discussion about the validity, PIS-y, CIS-y nature of scans posted. No posts on whether or not you thought a particular feat was cool or stupid or if you felt neutral on the subject.
If everything goes accordingly I'll open it Friday before I head to go out of town.
Guys, there are a handful of posters who cause problems in this thread. You know who they are and which characters they favor. If there are problems, report the thread or PM a mod.
And for the few posters who cause the problems, mods will be keeping a close eye on this thread. Warnings will be swift. I suggest avid fans take the thread for what it is, just fun ownage scans.
People who use scans of characters getting owned just to troll or flame bait will also receive swift warnings.
