Thor blind sided Sentry. If Sentry would have pressed his attack, that wouldn't have happened.

Sentry > Thor

Carver, not only did Sentry recover on the spot and throw a counter punch, but thor didn't even use mjolnir on him. Thor openly outpunches and overpowers him. Then kills him.

If sentry had pressed his attack the result would have been the same.

When they were face to face, Thor couldn't do that...he gained an advantage when he backstabbed him.

When they were face to face, Thor wasn't trying to kill his friend. It's when he saw that he couldn't reason with him that he openly stopped holding back for him. Wanna see what happens when Sentry tries to press his advantage in canon?

Thor beat Sentry like the inferior hero he is in that what if. Case closed.

Don't think Sentry was beaten there...maybe bfred. I agree, Thor did defeat Sentry in that what if but he snuck attacked him to gain that advantage. Not taking away from Thor but that fight would have went differently if Thor would've pressed his attack.
