I'm kind of hoping that is the case. That, instead of switching bodies, each of their memories imprinted on one another and they were acting on those. Kind of in the area of Liquid Ocelot from MGS4.

Wasnt a fully true Wendigo (never did the trademark talk only in "Wendigo"😉 and most Wendigos are bigger or equal to Hulk in size that one was half his size,

Regardless not all Wendigos are equal
