I get that Thor might have passed out from overexerting himself, but why did Hulk?

The transformations seem to be akin to the classic Savage Hulk whereby Banner has only bits and pieces of information during his time as Hulk, once he has served his purpose and becomes human again he usually needs a little time to gather himself. It's happened in nearly every issue of Indestructible.
Here he straight up passed out though. At least that's how it looks like to me.

It looks almost like Thor's fall ko'd him for a sec?
Still don't think either should have been momentarily out.. Hulk especially.. Lol... It was just weird.

So Atrocitus easily killed a Guardian like that? Lol, those blue f*cks are officially the most worthless things ever. The Core really is better off without them.
The Guardian wanted Atrocitus to kill him, because of his guilt he was feeling for all the naughty things he did.

How in the hell did Kingpin get violated in prison? By all rights, dude should have phucking killed those no name inmates in single panels.
He did torture them all to death later.

When I read it 4 days ago, I didn't realize till now it was the residual electricity that zonked him. If Thor overexerted himself, that must've been some charge he unleashed.Still don't think either should have been momentarily out.. Hulk especially.. Lol... It was just weird.

Is Savage Wolverine canon? Im asking because ive seen preview art for the 6th issue, Logan teams up with Elektra and Spider-man and while there's no dialogue it's clear that Spider-man is Peter and not Ock.
Yes, in fact the story you are referring too is actually started as an Avenging Spider-man story that was altered and shifted over to Savage Wolverine... likely because Mads can't hit a deadline to save his life. So this is pre Superior Spider-man circa Avenging.

/shrug the whole thing was weird. Thor did let off a massive blast though. It could've zapped him I guess. He was only out for 30 secs anyway.

Yeah it looks similar everytime tbh. His transformations, both to and from his Hulk form often don't seem very natural for some reason, even when he initiates the change, this has only really been noticeable under Waid though in recent times. I don't think he has read a great deal on Hulk prior to this run.
Haven't been keeping up with this series too much but this was definitely different from what happened last issue. Compare this scene to the one you posted:
This was clearly him transforming back to Banner but in your scans it look like Hulk passed out, reverted back to Banner and 30 seconds Bruce was woken up.

I guess that makes the most sense.
Thor overexerted himself and momentarily passed out/collapsed similar to when Superman heat visioned the army of Doomsday's for example. And I guess the charge going around his body took out Hulk.
A bit weird that Thor was the one who recovered immediately and retrieved the hostage, especially since he was previously drenched in an ore of absolute zero temperature but I'm not going to complain.

As I said him changing back in this fashion isn't uncommon, it happened in his fight with Iron Man, in his battle against Attuma he was trapped underwater as Hulk and iirc he wasn't shown to have passed out but when he next appears we see Banner waking up somewhere. Same thing in his fight with Quintronic Man. In the very 1st issue the building collapsed on he and Thinker but it was Banner who eventually crawled from the rubble. Not saying you're wrong just saying it's happened before. Hulk being ko'd by the residual charge seems quite silly aswell tbh.
